Peter Weber

Peter Weber joined Carpathia Hosting in 2008 from Sun Microsystems, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sun Services, leading the product group for the $5 billion global IT services business. Prior to joining Sun, Peter was Founder, President and CEO of SevenSpace, a venture-backed IT services start-up acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2005. Prior to SevenSpace, Peter was a Vice President at The Carlyle Group, a global private equity firm with more than $18 billion under management. At Carlyle, he focused on investments in the information technology services industry. Peter earned his Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, where he graduated cum laude.
